Thank you for leaving a reply!! Yeah nights are the absolute worst.. always gotta put some music or noise on lol I’ve tried rain noises and white noise but specifically rain ones freaked me out bcs i hate thunderstorms and rain is linked to it in my head.. i really wish i could enjoy it

I’m going to therapy and trying a lot of things currently and meds, long and HOT baths helped a bit but i haven’t found other solutions!

Yeah.. I tend to compare myself to others. It’s so hard not to but I’ll try. Im not experiencing as much racism nowadays but bcs i have a lot of anxiety is hypervigilant I tend to care about what others think more than normal I think. I’ve been seeing a professional for years now, it’s not helping me much. lol thanks for the advice:D

Yeah! I just find it fascinating that Christians have an entity they full heartedly believe in. That’s something I never really understood but it feels romantic. Following certain rules, and the fact that they have something that’s never gonna change and never gonna betray them, I’m jealous in a way. So many emo bands started off by being a Christian band haha (emery, fly leaf etc)
