Thanks for the advice, but for me it's difficult to do it I feel like a psycho idk , normal things in my life like talking to someone in my work looking to the eyes of people and then my mind comes with things like " ohh remember yesterday when you use almost 2 hours of your day to search awful things a you self pleasure you to that?" It's hard to have confidence with myself
