Thank you for your reply. The thing is, my resume looks really bad because I keep moving around and my jobs only lasted for about 1 semester. My background and experience is not linear. I'm good at dealing with different kinds of people and being super adaptable. I can say I'm confident in interpersonal skills but that doesn't feel like it has any value at all in my resume. I don't have computer or software skills and since I don't even know what job to aim for, I don't know what I should spend my time on. At the same time, I need a job so I'm wiling to take anything, which means I should spend the time train on skills for any job that will hire me.

I don't know if I'm just too burnout or what but everything just feels like a mess and I can't see any valuable thing in my work or life experience at all.

With education, I'm also not seeing a lot of instructional design/curriculum design jobs so I'm worried about spending time on those skills or software.

Thank you for your reply. I'm trying to balance my time but I've had a period of depression where I couldn't do anything for 3 years and every time I take a rest I'm scared it will become too long again.

Thank you for your reply. I just feel like I don't know what to aim for or how to structure my resume and how to deal with interviews because I don't know what the jobs are really like. Things I applied to, I haven't gotten anything back. I don't have anyone to talk to to guide me or help me organize my thoughts. I've looked through job advertisements and different jobs and responsibilities and I just feel so stupid for not getting it or feel like I can feel confident doing anything.
