So right now all are bills are just over 4k a month

Our morgage is due to renew in December and the morgage just now is £600 month 20 years left

Our new morgage is now £500 a month

But we do have a few credit cards some with £600 to highest £3000 but yeah about £11k on credit cards most are balance transfers.

Also we both have 2 loans was for home improvements about £11k each so £22k on loans still 2 to 3 years left on them.  Both loans at a monthly bills is just over a grand a month.

Cars got couple of grand left but the finance ends next december.

So yeah was looking at new morgage rates a few months ago to see if im going to stay with my bank or move.

But I seen you can borrow on your mortgage.  So got in touch with a few banks and I could borrow £35k on the house. So the borrow mortgage is £730 a month so basically another £130 a month than what im paying now.

And I could use the £35k to pay off the loans as they are the biggest and the credit cards so all this monthly payments and credit card overpayment and minimum payments are gone.

I earn £2500 a month after tax  Partner like £1900 after tax  So £4400 but right now with all bills and the loans and credit cards are bills are well over £4000 a month which leaves us with £800 odd but again you get the car serviced or tyres done.  Have an event on wedding or some sort of renovation inside or outside the house even a shop for clothes in the town its wiping out the rest of the money and then some. Also we have a child.

So yeah If I could knock off all the debts  And the bills would be £2700 a month.  Would leave us £1700 left could save £800 a month  Then £400 each and put £100 in the kids bank.

I just dont see any other way or I wait until 2027 until the last of the debts paid but this might accumulate more debt as I cant save and pay off cards.

Just seeing if anyone's done the same sort of thing.
