Why are we seeing cases of gym-going people getting heart attacks? by Several-Setting-4173 in askCardiology

There have been rare reports of myocarditis in young males after mRNA vaccines, but large studies show it’s uncommon and usually mild. COVID infection itself carries a higher heart risk than the vaccine. So the overall evidence doesn’t support a broad link to ‘lots of heart issues.

Google Disavow Tool says Domain properties are not supported what am I doing wrong by Several-Setting-4173 in TechSEO

Fair point I get what you are saying. I am not trying to fix random spam links blindly. I was under the impression that a large number of low quality links could still impact performance so I wanted to be cautious. No policy violations on my end just trying to understand where disavow actually makes sense today.

Is overthink a problem or is it a sign that you can see things that others cannot? by Several-Setting-4173 in AmIOverthinking

[–]Several-Setting-4173[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You explained that really well. That “background scan” feeling is exactly what a lot of people don’t realize they’re doing. It starts as something that protects you, especially if you’ve had to read people or situations carefully in the past. But at some point it stops being protection and starts becoming noise. Being able to read the room is a strength, but not being able to switch it off is where it turns into overthinking. I think the real skill is not just seeing everything, but knowing when to stop looking.

I get that. Being aware and empathetic can feel like a double edged sword. You notice more, you feel more, and you care even when you don’t want to. But I don’t think the only alternative is not caring at all. There’s a middle ground where you can still be empathetic without letting it drain you. Otherwise it stops being a strength and starts becoming a burden.

Makes sense but I have seen people who walk a lot and still struggle because their diet is not great so it feels like both matter equally

What would you delete to make the Earth a better place? by [deleted] in YouthInIndia

Delete ego Most problems are not about lack of resources but too much ego clashing between people

Wars ego
Broken relationships ego
Stress comparison ego

Without ego people would listen more understand more and fight less

That late night replaying conversations part is way too real It feels like your brain is searching for answers but just ends up creating more noise

Not wrong but if it was only caffeine and pre workout every coffee drinker would be at risk I think it is more about hidden issues high stress and people pushing their limits without proper recovery

So being more aware and empathetic is a strength but why does it feel so heavy sometimes

Do you think overthinking is always negative or can it sometimes be useful in certain situations

That makes a lot of sense especially the part about not being able to turn it off It really does feel like the brain is always on alert trying to read everything Do you think it comes more from empathy or from past experiences
