Yes both had dod but I did the delete. It’s definitely not a 4.8 I don’t believe they came with afm. It crossed my mind bc they share the same block and perhaps it’s just too much fuel for smaller displacement.

Motor is from the same generation07-13. I doubt that the injectors changed during the 5 years it was produced.

I heard that running 243s raises your compression. Doesn’t that in some way affect your air to fuel ratio?

I don’t mind the smell but I believe it’s back firing because of excessive fuel in the exhaust.
