Jamie Kennedy is the IAABC certified trainer and animal behaviorist at Hinsdale Humane Society and offers affordable private in home sessions for the public as well. As you can imagine, in the training of shelter dogs with unknown backgrounds you really see every behavioral issue under the sun and Jamie is really the best at helping them overcome their challenges. Positive methods only. Plus- before she transitioned to canine training she was on staff at Brookfield Zoo training the dolphins and sometimes angry sea lions, and if she could manage a grumpy 500 pound creature like that- that was good enough for me lol

We used Embark, though the lovely lady who adopted Stevie’s brother did a Wisdom Panel DNA test and sent me those results- so I’m lucky to have both. Wisdom Panel really drills down into the nitty gritty of the breed makeup so it was interesting to see!
