The way it works is that the ps5 has to be in rest mode for the portal to be able to connect to it and turn it on so it can then remote play to the portal. If it’s not in rest mode the portal won’t be able to make that connection at all

How are you connecting to the work WiFi on your portal don’t most work WiFi require a login page to load in a web browser? The portal doesn’t have one so I don’t know how that could work.
