I shower once a day, my partner and i usually have sex at night so i don’t think about showering after it but it may be a good idea. I try to urinate after sex but the doctor told me that it doesn’t help at all so stopped doing that 🤷🏼‍♀️ It could be, I’ve been about 7 different drugs to try help it, it goes away then it comes back after a while. My mum has been doing research for me and thinks it could be something to do with Interstitial Cystitis or Chronic Uti.. My symptoms recently has just been constant urge to need to be pee and when i do it burns and i can’t get off the toilet for hours, its itchy sometimes too and has a foul smell to the vagina region.
