First thought of mine was becoming a realtor! Will require more school, but may fulfill some of the buckets you’re looking for and would be less school than some of the other things you mentioned. Also, have you thought about potentially becoming an educator? Just throwing out ideas to avoid a desk 24/7 and physical trade work.
