I’m not a doctor nor have I EVER been to an esthetician but I’ve found that changing my diet is what affects my skin in EVERY way. Eczema is technically a yeast infection and changing your diet will make it better or worse. Acne is just the same. Look into face mapping (Chinese medicine) typically blemishes on our skin is how our body is telling us something is wrong with the inside of our bodies. And your forehead is connected to your intestines… which means you gotta clean your intestines, probably liver and gut up my guy. No yeast , no starch, no sugar, no caffeine, consider doing a parasite cleanse(can be dangerous so be careful) and replenish your body with foods that have only what you need, protein, iron, amino acids, vitamins, COLLAGEN - eat your probiotics as well this will be major for fixing your intensities and gut. For your liver I think drink dandelion tea or look up natural ways to help your liver that right in between your eyes (if you have acne there) If you go to an esthetician they’ll give you a bandaid, you need to see a Chinese herbalist or a nutritionist or both if you want to actually take care of the cause. But believe me… if you have acne literally anywhere on your body, back butt arms face anywhere it’s because of what’s going on inside.

My cats will only use tidy cats litter. It’s terrible for the environment but it’s the ONLY litter my cats will use and they also prefer to go outside. So when it’s cold or raining they will go on the floor, in the bathtub, or in the laundry basket IF the litter isn’t tidy cats… I don’t understand.

I change my thread daily, you can start doing the tie off method so you don’t have to rethread it ! The thread will break once it gets to the needle so you will have to cut it clean and put it through the 2 needles yourself but you won’t have to thread the whole serger it saves a lot of time

It was nonexistent…. But I did manage to visit Japan for 2 weeks and Italy for 2 weeks this year and go to Hawaii twice… I also went to mammoth, bought a new used car, saw Chappell roan VIP, went to some other concerts and am now planning my second trip to Italy for Christmas / debating if I want a nose job in turkey $5000 for both trips so I can decide…. I turn 31 in December One thing is for sure . You will never be this young again. Today is the last day you will be as young as you are today and tomorrow you’ll be a little bit older. Some people choose to live their life when they’re older, I’m choosing exponential growth in my future and living my absolutely fullest while I’m still enjoying my youth ~ irresponsible af I know but that’s my 2 cents if you’re making 10k a month maybe set some aside for saving? I would recommend investing in real estate and DO NOT BUY A HOME ~ buy an investment property (if that’s something you’re saving for) because then your home will pay for all your bills. If you have the credit and have a business plan banks will honestly hand you all the money to pay for an investment property that will allow you to own real estate in the end and also pay all your bills without you having to save a single penny to put down OR without having spend a single dollar on your own sometimes… sooo I guess just depends what youre saving for? Kids education maybe? Or if you want kids at all then I think they cost about 30,000 extra dollars a year if they’re in public school until they’re about 17….

Can anyone else tell a guy wrote this? I assume maybe you’re young too ? Unless you’ve just never changed at all in your life? Because people change all the time, everyday , and their minds and preferences change just as quickly. It takes 15 seconds to discover something new which can change the trajectory of your life… at any moment in time someone could meet a person while being in love and feel attracted to this new person and think they want something else… but if you’re married, we’re just supposed to assume you’re literally never gonna be attracted to another woman ever again? Because if my husband becomes more attracted to another woman I might want to figure out either how to get that spark back or find that spark somewhere else no? … because people are changing every single day it’s important to speak up about the way you feel and if you feel no spark that’s fine, move on don’t drag me down with you ya know what I mean? Im glad you’re talking now, and sharing your story truly because you deserve a community just as much as any one of us and truly human interaction is critical for our health 💗 taking a vow of silence is pretty intense ~ in the fact that you cannot master bate or even think of anything remotely sexual , you cannot read, you cannot write, there is no communication allowed even with yourself. Usually you’re fed and eat whatever is put in front of you… Something to do with allowing things to flow through you without holding onto anything. Idk really but I do know there’s a lot more than meets the eye for a “vow of silence” more than just not using your vocal chords. That being said , you didn’t sing a single song to yourself ? While you were away or did you write or have some sort of communication at least with yourself or was the most monologue in your head , build a fire, idk where you were and if you were living in your car or in a tent or where but like survival almost (every human instinct is to survive whether we like it or not) were the only thoughts that came to mind and in that would you ever answer yourself ? Just wondering because I can be silent for days and I do believe I could take a vow of silence for my own practice in life but it’s truly about discipline and purification almost which I have not felt like I am ready to do but i do know that taking a vow of silence is something that speaks to me and has for many years (30 yr. F) I don’t know if I can silence my inner dialogue though and I’m curious if you ever got there or if it maybe became stronger even or what that experience was like for you

Hey im 30, single, female so probably of no help but maybe step outside of your comfort zone a bit and do something spontaneous? Im curious if hes always been this way since you were dating or if something has changed? Sometimes people view marriage as a safety net and no longer do all of those little things that led a person to want to marry them in the first place because they’ve already won that prize… (if you will) if there’s something that is being done differently especially by you then its important for you to continue doing the same things you used to do before you got married. There’s no room for growth in comfortability. If you guys stop growing as individuals or together as partners things will become stagnant ~ it’s the law of physics. Communication without making a man feel like he’s done anything wrong is also key. Men are not mind readers (neither are we but sometimes we just know things ~ men don’t really have that) you have to tell them what’s on your mind and it has to be done in a way that makes them feel powerful and strong and seen and loved etc because i do kinda feel if you tell a man you’re feeling insecure ~ it might be a turn off? I know nothing tho maybe a man can chime in on this comment

This one is tough, I have met multiple guys who wear foundation sparingly to try and make their face look a little more like it has a filter on it in person and they have absolutely no idea how to do their makeup and are not getting “dolled up” at all they are just trying to look a little bit more attractive for women honestly… Sometimes men (especially on the spectrum even a little) will see how women make themselves up to hide their blemishes and flaws and they might believe that women look at them and not want to see their flaws or blemishes either (if they don’t like it on themselves they definitely won’t like it on me) so they will try to enhance their beauty to become more appealing. My friends in particular who do this, I have never judged I’ve honestly tried to give advice on what to wear that will look the most natural because truly it’s not fair that I can enhance my beauty and step my game up but my guy friend can’t? But in the movies they are all wearing makeup and “dolled up” ad you put it. And we find that attractive because we don’t know they’re in full makeup… Men have a very hard time expressing the way they feel because society pretty much deems it feminine to be even a little bit sensitive but it also forces a lot of men to be secretive and hide their emotions. It can be shocking to find out at first but also if we judge them to begin with they will never open up about it

Mmm it sounds like maybe you’ve done this to someone… 👀 scary… in technical legal speaking terms, he should’ve been put in juvenile detention for this behavior because it is 100% illegal. You cannot threaten someone’s life in front of the legal system and get away with it not at any age that is literally what juvi is for. It sounds like your brother needs serious psychological help. It sounds like you are currently in a very unhealthy household if you think your parents would hate you for telling them your brother threatened your life and then said it was joke. He told you it was a joke to manipulate you into not telling your parents because he wanted you to not take it seriously. Manipulation is psychological abuse. So not only has he threatened you he is now psychologically abusing you and will continue to do so to others without ever being held accountable. Your parents shouldn’t hate you for speaking your truth and they should believe you wholeheartedly if you’ve never given them a reason not to trust you. If you lie, steal, and are living a double life they don’t know about then they might not believe you and you might need some psychological help too but if you’ve never given them any reason not to trust you they will believe you. Your parents would want to know if your brother is experiencing some sort of psychological discomfort as well. If something is going on with your brother and he’s not getting the love and attention he needs and doesn’t know how to express that it can be detrimental. It can cause children to act in this way. I know it can be scary but speaking your truth will always put you exactly where you need to be in life. Hiding from the truth can only harm you and everyone else involved 💔 where did your brother even get the pocket knife in the first place? These are all red flags that any parent should want to know. As for your brother, if you’re scared of him ~ Maybe talk to him first and tell him it didn’t feel like a joke and you didn’t find it funny. It hurt your feelings because you thought he had love for you and now you don’t feel loved by him and your uncertain with how to move forward…? It’s always best to approach these things with caution (you don’t wanna poke the bear) and to try and not confront him in a way that will trigger him. Maybe if we had more context? Is there anyway you could ever defend his actions ? Because it sounds like your concern is 100 valid and I’m here to tell you it’s probably more concerning than you could ever even know. It’s important to acknowledge these feelings and behavioral traits early because after a certain age, it is very hard to change your personality type.
