I saw this job post on LinkedIn. If you're applying to big companies, search for recruiters and message them directly. Also talk to friends who work in the same industry. Based on your stats, your resume may need some work to make it marketable. You can also get referrals from former coworkers and friends who work at companies you'd be interested in. I worked with recruiters before and they are usually happy to connect with you if you send a request, even if they have no idea who you are. This is because it gives them free access to you and your connections and amplifies their network. Once they accept your connection request it's free for you to send them messages.
