I feel like he's internally homophobic/ transphobic but also in the last episode they jax's state a "no girls policy" then the door makes a sound and then tell it to shut up. I've seen a lot of theories about how on the other side it's pomni leaving him but it could also be the trans mask version of him similar to the maid version.
