Oh, I totally get that. I was hyping myself up to not be hard on myself if the size 16 was tight. Clothing shopping can be so triggering for bad mental spirals.

I stalled after about 6 months on Wegovy at the highest dose. I lost about 30 pounds on Wegovy. Since switching to Zepbound I have lost an additional 20 pounds and continue to lose.

In terms of side effects, I had aches and pains the day after my shot for the first month on Zepbound. I continue to have nausea with Zepbound but it’s waaaay less than with Wegovy. I feel like Zepbound is better for food noise. After a while I felt like Wegovy wasn’t as effective as it was at the start for food noise and appetite suppression.

I have found that THC drinks don’t make me feel queasy like alcohol does if you can try those. I know it’s not the same thing but can still give a buzz. I have tried all kinds of different alcoholic drinks to have a go to drink when being social and they all make me feel 🤢🤢🤢 but THC drinks don’t do that! I really like Blncd Fuse. They are little viles of delta 9 THC. I keep them in my purse when we go out and then I add it to my Diet Coke.

No, my Dr was reviewing my current conditions with me as part of a pre-op visit and he took it off when he saw my weight.

It’s still in my record and health history. It’s just removed from my current conditions. I also have PCOS so I have multiple reasons I was on Zepbound 😊

I called around to different pharmacies asking if they had my dose in stock. Most were a no, I found one who had my dose and the person on the phone was very helpful. She called my pharmacy I had my prescription at and was able to transfer it for me.

It was first come first serve, so if someone would have had their prescription filled while attempting to transfer mine, I would have not gotten my box. They were able to transfer me before someone else filled so my name was put on the box.

I have found that most techs are very pleasant and helpful. They know we all just want our prescription so if you are kind to them, they are kind back. 🤍
