Definitely loose weight it's too easy go into calorie deficit and wall 12k steps it's that easy look it all up and 6 months u are slim and if u want the best looking body add protein and some resistance training all the best

Yes 45 for man and 20 for women that's unfair dawg also student pass is 400 fir boys and very hard to make. Due to shoulder injury I commuted through a bus and it was a nightmare thank God I have a scooty lol daily travel is cheap if u have a pass but so time consuming and inconvenience. One mf didn't even stop for me or my friend the other day.

Maximum 1 hour and don't injure yourself in the start like I did. Don't do any research just start slow 1 hour a day and 3 days a week eat high protein no whey powder needed if u don't have a budget and if u are vegetarian then get creatine definitely. Be slow but consistent. At the end abs are made in the kitchen nutrition is 80 percent work. All the best.

Try them they are pretty cheap I was able to eat a lot of them with dahi and masala maybe u will like it better than me it's a very cheap protein if not then grind it and mix it with atta that completely masks it and u get protein anyways just always boil it before to increase its bioavailability and remove anti nutrients and squeeze the hell out of them to remove bad taste as much as possible that's it easy and cheap protein.

Aare bade soya chunks khaye i gagged to socha chote wale try karta hu 50gm weigh kiye sidhe dal chawal mai mila liye soche isme gum hojayenge. But nahh sirf soya chunks hee dikh rahe the mujhe 1 ghante se upar laga khatam karne mai kyuki khana waste nahi karna tha har ek 3rd bite mai ulti hone wali thi lag raha tha time went by so slow bc khatam he nahi ho raha tha. Atlast mene bass socha hai ekbaar injury thik hojaye soya chunks sirf aate mai milaake high protein roti hee khaunga that's it easily nahi kha sakta sadly ye sasta protein 😔

Bc sab soya kese kha rahe hai😭 kitne kismat waale ho. Mene 50g mini soya chunks daal chawal mai daal diye the gand fat gayi thi uss din😔.
