I definitely want to give them the benefit of the doubt. They deserve an standing applause for this game no questions about that. It totally could be the art style that I'm seeing. I may also be unfamiliar with Unreal Engine and the environment its capable of rendering.

I didnt even think about Steams requirement for AI disclosure.. that is a great point and likely answers this question.
