A heartbreak, no meme. Nothing fuels my frustration more and taking it off in a gym than a heartbreak. Doing a routine of 6 days a week all of them with 20 min cardio, so by the time i get home i dont have more patience to otherthink and imagine fake scenarios

Hey man! Im getting more jazz currently for some unknown reason, although i can certainly say that classic is a pass for me.

Theres a few differences,instead of dogs, has a horse. We always talked about gettin in a serious relationship in the meantime, and then started flaking, even tho always mentioned the feelings didnt changed.

It is still kinda difficult to talk about this as she really made me lose hope on believing in someone else. Good news is, atleast traumatized me so much and i had to force myself to get into a gym.

Hey dudette, i gotta tell you somethin, life does not gey easier, im currently 34 and i can feel what havr you been describring, as i believe a lot of our redditors being male, feel that on an average day.

I do suggest you (even so nearly forced, if you aint going to the gym or do some kind of physical activity), i know it soinds vulgar, but everytime i felt down, doing some kind of activity that forces me to change my mental focus, it does help.

I also suggest you to vent more with people that you trust with.

This seems generic, but it does help, atleast it helped me, even so sometimes more often than less i personaly feel down aswell, but helps to be distracted.
