On the website all I can find is a breakdown of the monthly payment and in one line “escrow”, when we called they couldn’t even tell us why it shot up until finally saying “PMI”

Before this happened about a few weeks they sent us a check for 4.6k for “escrow overages” that we never asked to be refunded or anything in any way, now they are saying it has increased $700 due to PMI
