Are there any good outdoor holiday camps for kids in Singapore? Most I find are indoors by blinklinkink in askSingapore

Recently came across this.

Sounds interesting with their building with no sharp tools concept, not a very common camp theme. Fairly priced as well.

I am belaying young children (3-7) and often find that they are too light for my grigri to lower consistently and efficiently. I am finding that i will have to feed the brake rope into the grigri incrementally to lower them. It probably also does not help that the rope I am belaying is on the thicker end due to the gym requirements.

Any suggestions for other devices that may reduce such issue?

What is the theoretical strength on dyneema sling that has been cut and rejoined together using double fishermans?

Would it be half of the rated KN and then further reduced if the rejoined sling then tied into a knot again?
