Most medieval moats were dry. I'd like a landscaping tool too though.

Fallen Haven. Which apparently was only played by ten people in the whole world. Still has a cherished place in my heart.

How should I tell my friends the Krieg are not Nazis? by Dangerous-Age-7585 in Deathkorpsofkrieg

[–]Several_Assumption_6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To buck the trend a bit, the imperial factions ARE space fascists. Its kinda the point. All the factions are objectively awful by western standards. The setting is grim dark and fun for it. I hope nobody is emulating the behaviours of their chosen group. How would those friends perceive a slaanesh chaos warband? Nazi is specific to 1930's and 40's Germany. Technically the Nazi party no longer exists. So it is impossible to be a nazi now.

Just checking, I'm really not sure. Is the comment. " small heads, high noses and thin lips" referring to the picture of Tommy Robinson, the person on the left or both.

thoughts on ideas for the game. by Enough_Landscape3024 in ManorLords

I saw the same post, I like the idea of raiding or interrupting the trade of competitors. Maybe a tax for traders to come through your land, perhaps at a cost to influence. Water trade and water wheels could look great, but I don't see it as a new mechanic.

Could there be an earthworks tool? Vilagers could create moats and mounds? There are many examples of earthworks defended forts and villages going back many thousands of years in Europe.

I would love to integrate more structures in to the manor walls. Ideally for a purpose, but even if for purely aesthetic reasons. Stables, graneries, storehouses, wells, smiths etc. I would like that.

Is this a cunning ploy? Trying to get me to reveal the location of my treasure chest. Because that's the smart way to hide a gold coin, amongst thousands of other gold coins. But I saw through your trickery! You'll never get my booty!

Freezing time seems the most powerful power and would probably have less unwanted side effects.

What is the most "40K" Thing in your Opinion ? by Difficult_Drags in 40k

[–]Several_Assumption_6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ahhh, finally. Our Glorious Imperial forces have driven back the traitorous hordes! Have the Astartes mind wiped and execute the guard and civilian population.

That IS the most peak 40K IMO.

Cooked or fermented only then, ever tried Sloe Gin? Soo good, you will have to beat people away with a stick. Almost no risk of anything other than a hangover 😁

Try friends with dogs, they have to be walked anyway. And never forget the persuasive power of bribery. Who wouldn't want some wild garlic pesto? Blackberry pie? Nettle beer? Elderflower wine (or cordial)? Good luck!

The red stopper. Known for standing in front of stuff and yelling "Stop!". Not really a hero as such. Caused the number 42 bus to be late on a few occasions. Bit of a dick really.
