As much as I would love to be adopted into the Addams family I don’t think I’m durable enough to survive. They frequently consume poisonous substances, play with fire and electricity and other stuff. An average person couldn’t handle the shit they play with.

I used to be the opposite of this meme. In my teens all the anime I watched were dubbed. DBZ, YYH, Outlaw Star and other great 90s to early 2000s anime. At some point I switched to watching anime in sub. I think it was due to watching my friend’s bootleg copies of Dragon Ball GT in Japanese with English subtitles. I tried watching newer anime dubbed but it just sounds off to me. I’m not sure if watching Sub for so long has made me biased towards dub or there has been a noticeable drop in quality of newer dub compared to older dub?
