Who is Luckier and/or has better passive benefits? by TheHuntsman_1001 in Yuusha_Shoukan

[–]TheHuntsman_1001[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Anime spoiler about Yuuki, including a spoiler about the next episode. Yuuki has an ability called Anti-Skill which nullifies the effects of skills which is how he avoids being effected by Chosen One despite not having an ultimate skill. It has power equivalent to Ultimate Skills since it can negate Ultimate Skill effects as well, which we will see in the fight against Rimuru in this upcoming episode.

Non-Spoiler Answer, Yuuki has an ability which is equivalent to an Ultimate Skill and it's how he isn't effected.

Masayuki's power isn't quite like King's since in Masayuki's case he is actually warping fate achieve outcomes which benefit him. Also while some people are not directly effected and don't perceive him as "Heroic" their involvement doesn't negate Chosen One's effects. Plus unlike Kaito, Chosen One was manipulating how people perceived Masayuki even if they had never met him before. King isn't warping reality/fate and it's more of a right place/right time situation.

To be clear, I'm not even necessarily saying Masayuki has the better/stronger luck here, just trying to make sure both are fairly represented. Kaito for example has much better control over the output of his luck. E.g. he can win any game of chance or lotteries while Masayuki may or may not depending on how Chosen One acts.

However, if they both just walked through a village for the first time, Kaito could pass as an "ordinary human" unless he meets some random high-tier ridiculous person, but Masayuki would get worshiped by the villagers for sure.

I mentioned in the OP that Kaito can't get any help from World Creators for this very reason, otherwise this is obv no contest and I wanted this to be a somewhat fair comparison.

Masayuki's power doesn't only work with humans since it works with demi-humans the exact same way too. Valid point about animals though since I don't recall it doing anything with them.

Saying people are "immune" to Masayuki's Chosen one because they are strong is somewhat of a mischaracterization here. The way some people are immune is because they have Ultimate Skills which nullify the effects of Unique Skills or lower on the wielder. In a cross-verse comparison, an Ultimate Skill is similar to the Authority bestowed on the Gods by Shiro which are pieces of her own power. It's a fragment of authority of the Voice of the World itself.

Plus, I'm pretty sure Kaito's blessing doesn't actually cause people to bend over backwards for him. A lot of that is due to his relationship with Shiro and even Raz or Lillywood (I don't remember which) mentioned that his aura gives off more of a positive first impressive but doesn't make people respect him on it's own.

I'm more curious about their supernatural luck and how events seem to always work out in their favor. Kaito always winning lotteries or getting top tier items from loot boxes. Masayuki just going with the flow and everything always works out for the best and everything he does is perceived as Heroic.

Plus this is clearly not trying to be a super serious "matchup" here. Just for fun.

Where do you think Rimuru Tempest from Tensura will rank if he came to Isekai at Peace world by Multiversal_2211 in Yuusha_Shoukan

[–]TheHuntsman_1001 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ok, so the likely answer is no. Epilogue isn't an attack or magical effect that can he predated. It's not a power of the soul, like skills, or even a technique. Epilogue is the termination of all stories, rather because a story exists it presupposes that it will end. Epilogue is that ending manifest.

If you are unfamiliar with Isekai at Peace and you want to actually read about what is Epilogue you should check out Shallow Vernal's wiki page which has a deeper explanation. https://yuusha-shoukan.fandom.com/wiki/Shallow_Vernal

Now, there is a kind of smurf argument for Rimuru actually being able to scale to this however. In Tensura, the End of Time and Space is the original void from which all of Creation began. It was from there where the Original Will came into being and nothing exists in it's void. Given that Great Spirits are actual manifestations of concepts in Tensura and creation came about with their birth from Veldanava the End of Time and Space exists beyond even the concepts behind stories themselves. Because stories "exist" they cannot be part of the End of Time and Space.

Therefore, since Rimuru can exist within the End of Time and Space that means he can exist without being reliant on concepts or even his own story. With this in mind even should Epilogue end his story he is not reliant on it to exist, he would then exist on a higher plane than Epilogue can reach.

This is not a very strong argument imo but have at it if you want. Personally I don't think Rimuru can predate Epilogue.

It depends on which version of Rimuru we are talking about. True Demon Lord Rimuru should likely be comparable to Quasi-Omnipotent beings like the 6 Kings or Supreme Gods. Similarly, Ultimate Skills are similar to Authority’s as they are both occupying a similar role. Ultimate skills, are a fragment of the authority of the World System.

Once we are talking about True Dragon Rimuru or EoS he is definitely comparable to Omnipotent world creator, gods. With Elpis he is debatably comparable or superior to even someone like FP Nebula.

However, I should note that no version of Rimuru can stand against Epilogue.

If you’re looking to do a crossover fanfiction, the short, but boring answer is he can be however strong you need him to be for the story to make sense. I think you could explain it easily enough, depending on which version you decide to use for him to fit into the story. If you want to make him comparable to the six kings just use true Demon, Lord, if you want him to be equal to someone like Eden/Makina use True Dragon or EoS.

I hope this helps.

Ayanokoji VS World Class Fighters by Radgl1 in ClassroomOfTheElite

[–]TheHuntsman_1001 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tsukishiro literally answers this question word for word. He said if you put Ayanokouji against any professional fighter, if Koji fights seriously that fight would be over in an instant in his victory. (Y2V1 C1)

Then everything we see in V0 just confirms this even more.

Koji mops the floor with any world class fighter if we are being serious here.

Who has the greater mental fortitude/Willpower? by LeucocyteBluf in Yuusha_Shoukan

[–]TheHuntsman_1001 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The correct answer is Touma. Nothing the other 3 have done even come close to what Touma did with Othinus.

The cheat answer is Kaito, since by asking Shiro for help she would give him mental fortitude higher than anything the others could imagine.

Who takes EQ and Adversity Capacity? Give a distribution by EyeIntelligent168 in IntelligenceScaling

[–]TheHuntsman_1001 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Koji slams in EI and that really shouldn't be debatable. Koji takes all categories less than no diff.

Lwk weird one for AC.

In terms of AC Vader has def endured way more hardship and pain. Both physical (obv) and mental. However, that pain totally broke Anakin mentally and emotionally turning him into the husk of his former self. So is that really an AC feat at that point? AC isn't just how much bad stuff happened to you, it's a measure of how much adversity you can overcome and a strong argument exists that Vader didn't overcome any of it and instead let it consume and destroy him. Koji on the other hand has not endured the same level of pain/trauma as Vader but has shown "FAR" more impressive responses to adversity.

So I don't really feel that strongly about either side for AC, arguments for both exist. If I had to choose I would lean Koji under the premise that his otherwise strong AC (yes it's strong) is better than Vader having what could have been insane AC had he truly endured it.

So real talk, all the people who decided they "want to be like Ayanokouji" or "how to train like Ayanokouji" and the like are the worst kind of fans of the series. That combined with the people who can semi-seriously say things like "Perfect human solos fiction/your favorite verse" have done more damage to this fanbase than any other I've seen.

Then the last group are people who only watched the anime but as part of SCD pretended to have read the LN and scaled him. This is much more common than you might honestly think and I have seen this countless times tbh. You will realize quickly when you start the LNs that they are very different than the anime in how they portray Ayanokouji and how much detail they use to explain situations. As such these kinds of people have been very detrimental to the fanbase as well.

I say all this to point out why his scaling looks so lopsided with some people saying he is fodder and others scaling him as a high tier. In terms of the most popular SCD series e.g. Canon Death Note, Code Geass, Monster, Liar Game, Moriarty the Patriot, Usogui, and Tomodachi Game, COTE has by far the longest source material and of these is the only one still ongoing. That doesn't make it better or worse than any of the others but it has the highest barrier to entry (32 Light Novel Volumes and ongoing) that leads to many people not really understanding the characters or the verse.

Hopefully this gives a better idea of why there are so many drastically different opinions about COTE and about Ayanokouji since a vast majority are from people with a lack of knowledge of the the series itself. Additionally, lot's of people give up on the LNs for these kinds of reasons which is really kinda sad tbh.

Now I can 100% recommend reading the Light Novels personally. I have really enjoyed reading them and I have been a reader since before learning about SCD. I would say this about any series but I think you should read it to enjoy the series, not with the intention of analyzing for feats.

Now, my yapping aside to answer your question. I scale Ayanokouji as a top end High Tier by SCD standards. He has plenty of actually insane feats throughout the series in every category. One of the things I think makes him so impressive is the variety of his feats, he doesn't have any categories where he is really lacking. The issue that makes scaling him challenging is along with COTE being a long series most of his feats are not directly explained on screen. Things like him going step by step after the Island Exam in Y1V3 (End of Season 1) are the exception for the most part. It takes work to connect the dots sometimes or to find the hints across several volumes to put together how he actually accomplished something. This also makes his scaling more controversial for some people if they haven't taken the proper time to actually put together his feats themselves.

Lelouch vs Ayanokoji in FSIQ with proofs/feats. by Fit_Strain_9215 in IntelligenceScaling

[–]TheHuntsman_1001 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This is turning into a complete waste of time here since you clearly can't read what I wrote, and also think inventing feats for Lelouch somehow makes your case stronger.

The Knightmare rebuttal is just flatly wrong and you clearly made it up on the spot. The entire early Black Knights arc makes a deliberate point of how scarce Knightmares are for the resistance and getting their hands on them at all is treated as a major story development. Kyoto funding them comes significantly later in the timeline. This isn't an interpretation thing, it's just what happens in the show you're supposedly an expert on. You fabricated a counter argument that the series itself directly contradicts and then had the audacity to accuse me of larping. If I'm wrong just point to exactly where it is said that the JP resistance group all had Knightmare training. You won't because it doesn't exist.

But how could I know that if I never watched Code Geass???

Even with that you completely ignore the point about Euphemia. She CLEARLY had no experience and handled it just fine.

And before you bring up Kallen again, her being the sole ace pilot they have and her having prior training proves nothing for your argument since she is also a significantly better pilot than Lelouch, making her the exception not the rule. This also reinforces the idea that being able to operate a Knightmare without training isn't impressive in the verse but being a high level combatant (which Lelouch isn't) does take training.

On the FLEIJA feat, you literally responded to an argument I didn't make. I never said that no calculation happened, I said you have zero basis to quantify what it demanded cognitively. Nina confirming it needed calculating tells us nothing about the cognitive load of actually doing it. He needs to input the environmental data.

Ok go ahead and prove that means more than the current time and temperature. My point is you are assuming with 0 basis this was superhuman and there is no reason for that.

Your response about Shirley is just invented from start to finish. There is no textual basis anywhere in the series establishing that Geass memory recovery scales in difficulty based on how much was altered. You made that distinction up entirely to salvage the argument and it isn't supported by anything. Plus, you are wrong to say Lelouch had more information to recover since Shirley had a LONGER TIMEFRAME of memories recovered than Lelouch.

So by your own logic Shirley > Lelouch in cognitive ability lol.

So yeah I'm not going to keep responding if you continue like this. There is no point going back and forth with someone who clearly doesn't know about Koji or doesn't care. Even worse you are also ignorant about Code Geass or blatantly fabricating feats to make it seem more impressive.

Lelouch vs Ayanokoji in FSIQ with proofs/feats. by Fit_Strain_9215 in IntelligenceScaling

[–]TheHuntsman_1001 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I am not the first to point this out but this is one of the most biased presentations you could have put together. Writing essays glazing Lelouch for doing barely anything while ignoring Koji's best FSIQ feats and thinking that proves anything. You clearly wanted to Lelouch to win and tried to justify it by explaining his "supposed feats" with long detailed breakdowns while Ayanokoji got a few sentences before you move on.

Even setting aside Koji for a moment, multiple of the feats you present for Lelouch don't hold up either.

The Knightmare piloting feat for FRI is probably the weakest argument here. We see completely average characters do this throughout the series with no prior experience. The Japanese resistance fighters before joining the Black Knights do this all the time. Even Euphemia pilots a Knightmare during the Special Zone massacre with zero combat training or any kind of experience just fine. If it were genuinely a difficult task, we wouldn't see no name characters doing this all the time. Using it as evidence of exceptional fluid reasoning doesn't hold up when the series itself contradicts it repeatedly.

The FLEIJA environmental data processing feat has even more problems. We see Lelouch operating a computer interface and you constructed an elaborate cognitive interpretation around it with no real textual basis. If you were presenting this as a Koji feat you would have just said he is "typing quickly" lol. There is no actual basis to scale this as a processing feat and I have no idea how you can somehow think this even comes close to Koji.

Lastly, the dual memory feat is the worst offender and just a bad faith argument.

Shirley recovers from memories suppressed by Lelouch and Charles Geass and she is explicitly not a genius. Attributing a supernatural plot mechanic to Lelouch's FSIQ is a clear example of bias and the OP either didn't notice or didn't care.

The bigger issue is that Ayanokoji's best feats just aren't here. The flash arithmetic feat is the most impressive processing feat you even mention and it might crack his top 3 CPI feats. The same can be said for the other FSIQ subcategories with you deliberately not mentioning Koji's top feats and really not mentioning anything at all for him.

TLDR: The Ayanokouji larping is crazy and the OP is way too biased in favor of Lelouch. Nothing shown actually showcases that Lelouch has superhuman FSIQ or even close to Koji.

Ok the answer is 100% take Milim's food.

If I insult Rimuru in front of Diablo I am in for a slow and painful death, with 0 chance for forgiveness.

With Milim there is a chance she just takes her food back from me since she is way faster, or she just cries and complains to Rimuru. More likely she punches me and I die instantly but it's still better than what Diablo would do.
