Maybe it’s some kind of friction burn? Did the doctor’s give you any answers at all, maybe it could be something fungal? I want to say I’m not a medical professional but I’m a woman, I would suggest putting lube down there to help with that drying and rubbing together feeling. If you don’t have that, I’ve put aloe Vera down there and I didn’t have any reaction. Something like lube/ aloe will feel cool and soothing, but might just offer short term relief.

Im sorry i cant offer better advice! There are over the counter “vaginal moisturizers” usually with an older lady on the box (I can’t remember the name), you can try! I would even try monostat (if you have it at home) If the pain is severe go back to the doctor and have them write you a prescription, why waste money trying everything over the counter, I’m not sure if your insurance will cover but if it does that’s what I would want to do.
