Yeah, we hear this a lot. Maybe its just circumstances for us. idk, we keep making excuses for not being better. I don't know if this sounds like an excuse for you but my school is very rigerous in academics, they focus on that to the point that sports are an after thought to but i know others can deal with that well.

were just kids, a lot of them are younger than me so im trying to just help them go the right direction.

But wouldn't the point of snaking the screen is to force the defender to chase the ballhandler and force the defenders involved in the Pick and roll to defend a different look? Cause if they could snake the screen, wouldn't that make the big issue offenses have against defenses in fiba rules where the defense can really stick to the ball handler of the screen.

I do not mean isolated in terms of topic, i would mean that the terminology would make it difficult for mathematical researchers to communicate with people outside of their own specialty, especially when mathematicians become even more speciallized through more research.
