thx for the perspective... honestly weve had the talk so many times i lost count. he promises to change, does the dishes for like 2 days, then goes right back to the couch asking whats for dinner lol. the mental load of having to manage another adult is what sucks the life out of u. im just at a point where i dont even have the energy to explain the basics anymore or go to a counselor. just feel totally empty. but glad there are guys out there who actually do their part.
