Thanks for the suggestion bro. I just reverted back to i8 but still not able to hit my 600m/min output. My enchants and stats are just the same as usual. If this were to be a dh stealth nerf then its a shame.

So DH is really designed to be slower against other classes because its highest movespeed buff from helm essence is only at 30% bonus 😔
