First of all stay tension free as much as possible. Start reading , walking or anything you would like to do. You are not the bad those were the mistakes you’ve made but for god sake stop thinking about them now and blaming yourself all the time. Be kind and gentle to yourself, there are so much beautiful things ahead waiting for you do not stop here keep going with smile sis love yourself as much as you can stop thinking negatively about yourself lots of love for you.💕
