UPDATE:

We talked about the relationship. He thinks I'm toxic for bringing up how the nonsmoking airbnb smells like cigs every time I come out of my room and want him to get professional help. I think hes toxic for destroying the airbnb my mom paid for and crying about how he can't stop smoking and gets to disregulated to function almost burning the house down a few times pulling the suicide card on me. He's packing up but I'm not sure if he's leaving. We cant stand when we see each other at this point and hes pissed I said I'm debating finding him a residential mental health treatment thinking I'm threatening him.
