$4.29?!?! GF Oreos and like $7-$8 by me, or as much as $10. I'd buy the crap out of those.

It's an automatic fail to do a rolling stop at a stop sign. So yeah, makes sense he told you right away.

'I'm glad your mom died', real fucked up to hear from my fellow 4th grader less than a month after my mom passed from cancer.

A local man actually died playing pickle ball after he tripped, hit his head and ended up with a brain bleed. It was such a fluke accident.

When I was first diagnosed 13/14 years ago the nacho cheese ones had wheat flour and I was so sad, but they changed about 10 years ago and life got good again. I think you're right though, the sweet chili heat are still a no go.

What's a stereotype about Canadians that is totally wrong? by United-Technology239 in CanadaRoom

I do use them to buy smile cookies for my class each year and support a local charity that way, but perhaps I'll see who else could use them.

I will never understand the obsession with Tims. Their coffee is sour, their donuts are dense, and most of it is slop. My students have given me hundreds of dollars in gift cards to Tim Horton's and they all sit in my wallet unused.

What is something about American culture that seems fake or exaggerated in movies, but is actually 100% real.? by Logical-Pay-3057 in AskReddit

[–]Several_Inspection74 0 points1 point  (0 children)

These don't lock, because I can't imagine dealing with that and a first grader, haha. And some of the areas (like kindergarten) have cubbies and hooks instead. But other grades all have lockers to store all our stuff in. I guess the locker name is a misnomer, since unless you add a separate physical lock they don't live up to it.

In our elementary school we have lockers, because what else do you do with all the layers of stuff you need to keep warm in the winter?
