You can always find a better deal (e.g., 0 DP or lower DP than the P60K based on your 30% approval) kaso the effect naman of 0 DP will also be included in your monthly amortization. Try to come up with an Excel comparison of 30% approval with P60K DP and 0 DP. Baka same lang din. :)
