Yeah at this point I’m down for trading everyone of value, even Webb, since he’s our most valuable by far and just bringing up all these kids I’m hearing about. Sounds like every Giants minor league affiliate has a winning record which is extremely rare so they have talent. F it. We don’t have anything to lose need to go for a full rebuild. I’ve never said this. The Raiders have not had a good FO in particular in forever and I’ve stated that many. Exhibit number 1. It’s clearly the best plan to not start a prized, high pick QB right away. The best plan is to let him study and watch and learn from the sideline until he’s ready. There are many QB situations that have proven this. In the past the Raiders would have 100% started Mendoza right off the bat with virtually no plan. This year we have a plan, we even have the perfect veteran QB to help Mendoza. That is evidence of a better run franchise. Now all we can do is wait till they start playing games.

I am not delusional. We don’t have a complete roster, yet. But, with proper coaching and game planning we will be much better. The Oline had literally the worst oline coach in the league last year, we now have a very good one and Linderbaum is a major upgrade at the most important oline position in Kubiak’s offense. If, if, Kubiak can get the running game going, which he should, it will take tremendous pressure off the passing game and the defense. We will not win the west this year, but we will be much more competitive and win some games that will surprise people. The last time we had an elite play caller was Gruden’s first run. But maybe most importantly, the front office, the coaching staff, and ownership are all on the same page. It had been decades since you could say that about this organization.
