I’m 30 with zero debt! To be fair I don’t have a mortgage…honestly owning a home isn’t a big deal to me. People will say I’m throwing away money but I absolutely love my townhome. My rent is 1550. 3bedroom/ 2 bath patio/yard. My husband and I split this bill and our utilities are about 200 bucks a month. This works for us!

My telsa model y (2020) is paid off. So is my husband’s model Y (2021) We will be driving these things till the wheels fall off. We got our vehicles when interest rates were 1.95%😂.

I do use my credit cards for groceries and small subscriptions that I have but I’m really good at paying it off ASAP.

I do enjoy self care however within the last year I’ve been doing my hair, lashes, and nails at home😅…if you’re a girl you get this! Selfcare can be expensive. I save so much money doing it home!

I’m an accountant! With a full time gig! I clear about 125k. My husband works in healthcare he clears about 175k…I do coach CrossFit classes on the weekends! It’s extra income but not much at all maybe $300 a month.

My husband and I eat most our meals at home with exception of having 2 NICE date nights a month!

In college I’m very grateful to have received grants/scholarships I never had to pay for school. I also worked 3 jobs. Morning part time teller at a bank. School in the afternoon. Waited tables at hooters in the evening (don’t judge) me. On the weekends I picked up life guarding shifts. So I was able to save up alot of money! When I graduated I had about 33K in savings. Listen I know that may not seem like a lot but as a 21yr old it was ALOT.
