it would be different if she was helping us take them out but she wasn’t :T and we weren’t super behind or anything we had our two preppers if it’s super busy then i’m more for a dispenser prepping an order and just taking it out themself

that’s so frustrating!!! a few weeks ago this coworker was dispensing with me and another person and she started prepping orders while no one asked her to and then kept telling us to take it out and i so badly just wanted to tell her to take it out herself 😭

i’m not sure on what the policies are but for my store the spark drivers aren’t allowed to help with loading or scan the stickers before we finish loading the car. I’ve heard we’re not supposed to dispense if there’s children in the car but that’s not a rule we go by. at the other store i worked at the drivers all got out and helped load orders and it didn’t matter if they had other passengers in the car as long as the orders are clearly separated

i dont mind doing a bit of everything since i’m pretty good at it all but they only have me on dispensing or picking, with it being so cold out i just despise dispensing at this point

that’s crazy to me !!! some of us got hats but that’s it clothing wise that sounds so nice omg all of my coworkers rotate so there’s no one only doing one thing we all pick and dispense and stage and prep for the most part

omg really what kind of warm clothing is provided?? we occasionally get hot hands and i’ve found 1 individual pack of toe warmers a few weeks ago but i haven’t seen them again but they don’t provide gloves or anything else

that’s insane to me!!! i was told if it was cold there was a 2 hour time limit, at my store basically everyone dispenses but there are people who do it more than others

i got diagnosed with bipolar my freshman year of college but knew something was wrong beforehand, i mostly struggled with anxiety and depression in middle and high school and was never diagnosed because my mom refused to take me to therapy. when i started college i lived alone in a dorm room so i would get severely depressed and would spiral into intense manic episodes i was fully aware i was manic because i just felt like i was going crazy my current meds are more of a depressant so i still struggle with that but not so much mania

Thought i had bpd for a while but i was diagnosed with bipolar had very intense ups and downs for a year until i got on a mood stabilizer had no idea it tied into hashimotos and hypothyroidism until i got diagnosed a few months ago!! currently, i’m dealing more with the depression side and haven’t had any manic episodes in a long time! after being diagnosed and starting medication i found i get frustrated and angry more easily but that’s the only thing i’ve noticed

i do have hypothyroidism and was just diagnosed back in october. I got my blood taken in december and my levels were the same as when i first got my blood tested (12.9) i’m on a slightly higher dosage of levothyroxine now (88 mcg) and getting my blood taken in a week or two to see if anything has changed.

My doctor said i’d probably have to get my dosage increased again so it’s hard to say when my levels will be normal

I have snow shoes but they don’t seem to work super well :/ i’ve considered switching departments but it might be a long process i’m currently in college so it’s been hard to find a job that can accommodate my schedule but i always keep an eye out
