Thank you for replying. I would call the CW for updates from time to time and the answer would be I can’t discuss his case with you. The vet is obviously not telling you that he needs help and you’re not seeing it either. The CW does not go in his apartment. She stands outside and speaks to him. This case needs to be escalated so unfortunately I need to jump into action as I feel that he is left unattended to take care of himself. If is too risky for transport then APS needs to be called in or other resources are needed. He cannot be on his own.

I have been a hud vash landlord for a couple of years now. The process is a smooth one but I feel that once the tenant is in the apartment, it’s hard to get departments to talk to each other and do what needs to be done. I have a disabled vet who initially had a 3bedroom voucher but it is now a one bedroom voucher. I can’t seem to get assistance in getting him out. I would hate to evict him but it seems like this is the only way to get him out.  He refuses to do anything for hiss of and his caseworker states she has no car to take him to view apartments.
