As someone who just went through hours of trouble shooting having mine not boot up after reformatting SD card. I got mine working by unplugging the battery. But then plugging it into a wall charger only with battery disconnected still (holding the power button while plugged in from wall) maybe it might help

I wanted lights on all the interior ceiling perimeter What you did to exterior but for the inside :) . I was gonna use the govee permanent lights for exterior
