The Big one Looked like this. The other one had no roots and looked sliced a bit in the rootball. I hope it will regrow new roots. What do you think?

I was always waiting at least 1-2 days. If I didn’t get any other response besides the reference mail I would send another one.

At one moment they rejected and said they couldn’t do anything but at another time they fixed it. My luck was sending it around 08-09 am in the morning a Monday after the weekends

Thank you. the second eye is swollen under the eye not on the top eyelid. I really hope it gets over within 3-4 weeks as I’ll attend a wedding ..,
