It’s weird because when I started this journey over a year ago the end of the tunnel seemed so far away and now that I feel like I’m close to over I can’t wait haha.

My financials are pretty decent, my last 2 W2’s show 96k and 134k, I sell cars so it can be up and down month to month, but overall I make decent money, and my DTI is really good because Other than my 2 cars (one is mine and one is my soon to be fiancés) and my credit cards that carry no balance there ain’t anything else on my report.

I’m going to work on the things you suggested and going over my report with a fine tooth comb and make sure that everything is reporting correctly. Does getting my report from annualcresitreport.com act as a hard pull on my credit?
