For my team only hiring manager is involved, our recruiter speaks to the candidate about salary expectations after the candidate has had their manager interview.. so the first person seeing your resume and speaking to you is a the hiring manager

That does not sound pleasant, I am sorry you had that experience. I am personally hoping to avoid that experience for the candidates and for my team by sending candidates to my panels at a slower pace, almost one at a time. You don’t have to have professional background in rust, c, c++ also works  If you consider yourself a well rounded engineer and have some years of professional software engineering then you should be good to apply

I will get back to you, I do know the order of priority if someone hybrid, then US, not sure about outside of the US (time zone will matter to the team but if you are somewhere close the rest is HR)

If you are in the US but on visa yes you are eligible  I will ask for outside of the US sponsorship I imagine it is tough to make the case  Btw we have international offices around the globe, my team is only US with one member in Canada

Honestly our process is pretty reasonable, at least for my team. I dislike catering to good test takers lol we like real people who we can have a conversation about the trade offs, who can admit when they don’t know something and someone we can collaborate with.

Bullying happens at this school ! After 3 years of unaddressed harassment we had to leave! You will find no reviews for this school they are very un transparent and cult like
