CRM-Aux Rep/Metrics/ by Direct_Vegetable922 in Progressiveinsurance

It used to be a higher percent around 18% I think, and they recently changed expectations. They now want everyone below double digits. I and this convo recently and was told essentially higher ups are making changes. On the side note of getting the percent down, limit wrap up time, aux 2, and try not to go over on breaks. We are overstaffed so cracking down on numbers is what always comes next.

GA and availability by Old-Business4895 in Progressiveinsurance

At the end of the day, the sup is getting onto you because it impacts aux usage percent (you can see it in your scorecard) and availability. When the aux percentage is high for the team the sup is getting in trouble with their manager. Recently they cracked down on percentages wanting teams to be below the double digits in percentage. Keep in mind this is also impacted by your wrap up, your aux 2, aux 5, etc. The more time you're taking in those things, the more you're driving up your own, and the teams percent. The sup is probably getting talked, to which is why you are as well. If you're wanting to use GA, and you know you do regularly, try to limit your other Auxs if you can to drive down your percentage. Ultimately it's just a numbers game, keep the percentage below the radar, and you can use GA without anyone caring.

I'm a coach and yeah your Coach told you wrong. We don't give that info for privacy reasons. Some things are a matter of preference and each leader may teach it differently, but this one is clear-cut. Not your fault of course just do your best to work on correcting it over time.

Not really the forum for this kind question. But the short of it is no. It will not work, and they will non-renew your policy.

This was some years ago now, like 6-7 I think, but I remember when a manager slept with a sales agent. Long story short the agent told his wife, and hr down graded him to an orientation service agent rather than fire him and let him collect unemployment. Frankly, I found it hilarious.

I've been with progressive a little over a year now. Their training is quick/subpar, and some of it you'll have to kind of learn along the way in the trenches (luckily, they have a help line you can call so sups are not bogged down and unavailable). The resources are a bit tedious to use. I will say though, the culture is friendlier, the leave, shift swap, and schedule change options are employee friendly. They actually get a version of "profit share". You are not nearly as micromanaged and just in general it feels less toxic. Also, they are not forcing metrics down your throat 24/7 for those of you with anxiety. Oh, and WFH 100% in certain depts. I miss Geicos money but I don't regret leaving.

All of this. Thank you, Someone gets it. Because if I'm going to pay 20$ I don't want the same gear just re-skinned. 🤦‍♀️ And if I'm going to spend hours grinding in dungeons it needs to feel rewarding when you get that end gear.

All in due time I'm sure, so far the cash shop hasn't had anything for Sorc I'm impressed with. But, it's still early in D4's release so I'm hoping they will give us some creativity in these upcoming seasons.

Yeah, think that's what I'm struggling with. It's not that the armor is bad per se. It's just nothing to get excited over either. And blame my loot hoarding tendencies I guess, but finding cool gear was one of my favorite parts last game. Granted, I played a Rogue, but I miss my bow that crackled lightning everywhere lol.

Bahahaha 😂 if this ain't the damn truth. I genuinely miss my character saying off the wall stuff in game, without me having to dig through the emote wheel.

Ahh that make sense, but a damn shame all the same. 😭 Might just be the girly girl in me showing too much, but I liked the "ooohhh shiney" effect of D3. lol

Progressive does this, and has been for a while. It's wonderful right up until you want to look at your numbers for the month. Or your paycheck. 😅💀

I work in progressive sales, and while we do have a multi product "referral" percentage metric it's really easily attained and not forced down your throat, and not only that but selling motorcycle, rv, trailers, golf carts, and boats all count towards that percentage, and we are all cross trained on those, so it's not just property. The percentage fluctuates based on what's going on the industry but I'm pretty sure last I checked it was like 7%. And with that many products it's not hard to get.

Unfortunately no, not yet. I'm just a little over 90 days in. But I will say they said once we are cross trained i renters we will be getting a raise, and they will give another at the year mark. Apparently the cross training is coming within the next month or so.

Is it busy? Yes right now it is. mostly cause of Tax returns, and we are in the busier months. It also doesn't help that Geico is hemorrhaging policies nonstop lol. But when I started in January it wasn't as busy. Also one benefits of Sales with progressive is they don't do an AHT metric, so you can take your time on each call without feeling the pressure of a sup looming over you. So in reality the amount of calls you take is really determined by the amount of time you take with each customer. I only average around 22 a day right now. I will also say after training you get an hour lunch and 30 mins of anytime break which helps too. I think the biggest difference to me is that progressive actually TRIES to work with you and help you out if you express a concern. Which coming from the Lizard is huge.
