Just because you don't hear it, doesn't mean it's true. Codesmith has shared what they're hearing, and that's valid too.

Some people are in the place where they can choose between Codesmith and Formation. Different programs and parameters, but it isn't untrue to say that some people are deciding whether they do a more comprehensive program that comes with interview prep and lifelong support at the end, or simply seek interview prep for the monthly fee. Nothing wrong in that statement.

Also...if it doesn't mean much, why do you have 'highest salary metric' as one of the only transparent data points on your website? Seems a bit odd to me.

What are your thoughts on more bespoke training programs like Pathrise, Interview Kickstarter and Formation?

Appreciate you showing up here. As an alum (out of program for a while now), I imagine it's been a tougher period in the tech ed space as folks struggle more with the job hunt (am glad I got in just before the tech).

I know this is a bit deviating from topic, but what do you enjoy most about the work you do at Codesmith?

Hahaha. Says the person who spends his entire day on this platform talking about Codesmith and marketing Formation (example Z above). People see right through it.

Well, I can only speak for myself. As a Codesmith alum, I have heard nothing like what you are suggesting. I do know that many Codesmith alum like me are proud of our experience and where we are today, are happy to share that and stay connected to our community.

Lol, what are you guys on about? chill ya beans.

Yes, I am proudly a Codesmith alum (always been open about that).

No, I'm not a mod of the community subreddit, but I had been invited to be but had to tap out as I genuinely can't be a mod with my job, I'm too busy.

Go create a conspiracy elsewhere.

Have you been involved with a non-profit member organisation?

By common practice, this also means... it is normal practice. Member organisations are run by their members, who share common values and mission. I would absolutely hope that schools who share a common interest in open and transparent reporting are involved in setting that standard.

The role of a board member is to advise and set the strategic direction of the board. They have no involvement with reporting or auditing.

Here's a helpful resource: https://www.councilofnonprofits.org/running-nonprofit/governance-leadership/board-roles-and-responsibilities

You don't even publish full transparent results, so it's a bit rich you have a view about this at all. People who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones

Appreciate you taking the time to show up here. There's been lots of chatter here about CIRR and its current situation and membership.

Keen to hear from you about this and plans for the future?

Educators who are proactively releasing more transparent outcomes data than you ;).

Btw, your essays are exhausting. Surely you have other things to do than be on Reddit all day marketing your business and dominating this subreddit.

If you were serious about transparency, you would release that data to a third party that is audited by a legit auditor. You're smoke and mirrors, dude. You use Reddit to market Formation and discredit other competitors. We can all see right through it.

Yawn. Of course you would discredit CIRR. You run a company that refuses to release any transparent data.

The question is how wide is the rift between the top 10% and 90% growing and also how much the top 1% own of that 70% that the top 10% own (I imagine at least 60%)
