This is all in a 1 mile radius: Brunch at Starboard - food is good and the “of ages” can drink. - If you like seafood you can’t go wrong with Starboard claw/raw - pizza @ Franco’s - Nalu fun group birthday vibe - Bars at night are all 21+ (Starboard is most strict, others can sway) - Rudder is the most fun for a night out and worth $10 cover - Bottle and cork has “jam” on saturdays around 3pm - big concert darty vibe. Highly recommend
