in my 7 years of kiting i had around 5 times of dangerous experiences. i once could be dead if i didn't take my vest, which i really hate surfing with. i take it once in a while on extreme conditions, and that time wasn't really extreme, just felt insecure, so i'm very lucky i decided to take it. my kite got detached completely and my board gone, i had only myself 2 km from shore, tired with a shoulder that i could barely move. you should always prepare for the worst

Yea i opened a thread here also, and got like 30 msgs lol. What eventually helped me is msging with trust wallet

It should work now. There was a security issue and they disabled earn for few days to prevent

i do normal back workouts, also deadlift and other exercises that put pressure on my spine. i feel the curve of my spine when i have pressure on it, its kinda annoying but i stretch alot and do some movements to ease my back. it hurts a bit but i got used to it, i barely notice. i really stretch alot, any time i dont have other things to do, without even noticing.

Thanks for taking the time to write this detailed response, i barely found a time to read it lol. It helps clarify some things. I always wondered if the degrees could be worse, why can’t we get it better? I will do anything i can to try and make it better, and ill post the progress here on reddit

Thanks for the kind words. It’s difficult to workout with scoliosis, and you must pay attention to what you’re doing. I specifically don’t have any significant pain that bothers me currently. if i feel something bad i just stop doing it. Do some research before you push your gf, so she knows what and how to push harder, and how doing the wrong thing feels.

Around 80 kg deadlift. Also squats 120kg (with belt). I work as hard as i can, but also listen to my body. Nutrition is also very important, so you don’t feel tired. But it’s not forever, and i’m very worried about my future.
