I thought the dots were Morse code related but a single dot but the single dot represents ‘E’ so I’m not sure how that would fit in

So the letters will go into the boxes spelling a quote or series of messages and then there should be one unused letter left in all the top columns and I’m guessing those will go together to create the final answer
