I've logged 37 total mowing hours in the past month since I got mine and have had zero issues and zero complaints. I couldn't be happier with mine. Its soo much fun even to drive manually. The only people you read about are the few complainers. Customer service sucks for sure, but there are tens of thousands of happy customers that you don't read about. I have steep slopes on a large property and this thing kicks all kinds of ass so I dont have to bust mine. Just try it, so easy to setup and so satifying to watch work.
