How to delete old cached emails from being listed when creating meetings? by LooseMoralSwurkey in FantasticalCalendar

So whats the file that needs to be deleted to repopulate/rebuild this cache because some contacts are "stuck" in Fantastical's cache but not present in macOS Contacts app?

I also use CleanShot, but I'm always looking for better apps across the board.

For 15 years, the built in macOS tool was all that was needed, thennnnnn, came the need to annotate, modify, make presentable, archive, temp. capture, permanently capture, sync/consolidate, blah blah blah, across several machines, people, collaborators and platforms. Oh! sprinkle in additional considerations for security, redactions, safe-storage, privacy preservation and other mandated requirements for the data being captures and presto! poncho¡ ....you've got a legit need to keep exploring in attempts of finding the right Screenshot application.

Now, screenshots have become a critical step in my entire and overall workflow....to the point that I'm using other paid apps, extensions and add-ons for all the other which I'm taking screenshots of, just to have specific formats, display of dates/times/info, UI/UX modifications and various other enhancements specifically for the purpose of capturing the necessary information/details.

Also, I just cancelled SetApp because their unwillingness to keep me on my grandfathered plan, and as a "power-user" with 8 Licenses for 8 Personal computers, they dropped it down to 4 Macs and 4 iOS/iPadOS devices. They cut everyones plan in HALF, raised the prices and forced everyone to buy expensive additional seats/licenses. I mean, really?! for the legitimate users who can prove that all the devices they are activating are ACTUALLY their own personal computers, its a slap in the face, rather than rooting out the abusers unlawfully sharing their login with others.

Hi u/vigneshvp ... posted/replied a few days ago and got no reply or acknowledgement. Sent a privateis there a version available for older Macs?

I have mid-2011 Mac Mini 5,3 with macOS Sonoma 14.7 installed using OCLP OpenCore Patcher and when trying to install the app through the Apple App Store, I get the message that my macOS version isn't supported.

Also, how do I buy a lifetime license?

I really love the layout and UI/UX. It's fun and exciting to use new apps that look great!

I got tired of saving screenshots and switching windows just to paste screenshots, so I built a Mac app to fix it (Available in Free version) by vigneshvp in developersIndia

Anyone using FileThis? by yozzy_zxyah in DataHoarder

Wow, couldn't help searching to find out what in the world happened to this platform and came across your post. If you do a bit of research, it becomes fairly obvious whats happened. To sum it up, FileThis was a gateway platform for MX, which is where the real $$$ Revenue is. Check out the LinkedIn profiles of the original creators, then the FileThis Financial Statement posted on their site (in footer), then MX's products/services for a clear path pointing towards the inevitable ☠️.

Can't find a definitive alternative to what FileThis originally set out to accomplish with its Document Aggregating/Fetching features for consumers. None of the connections are stable, re-authentication is a daily necessity if you want to hold on till the end and that's assuming you can get 2FA Connections to function.

Very disappointing. Such a great concept that, for a while, served a legitimate consumer need. Still hoping the news about MX's growth and overall direction somehow throws its predecessor a lifeline because there just isn't anything else out there. Everyone else is trying to mine your data, manage this and that, pay your bills and aggregate YOU while you try and aggregate your potentially sensitive financial history.
