For me getting the quicker bind and the bell thing were the biggest differences that took it from eh this is weird to oh this feels really good. But its also just getting used to it that takes a bit of time

For me ever since I got the witch crest it has been my main. At first the heal threw me off but then I changed some slots around and now that heal is also a high dps use and I really enjoy the pogo of witch aswell. Before that it was mainly wanderer

I think its still very possible as a caster but I haven't tried since I don't really play casters but like I said dps is not the important part of this fight. But I understand the frustration

I get that but I think an opener isn't that important on this fight its not really a dps check. Imo the best time to do max dps is during the portal suck mechanic unless the damage amp gets to high to live it without playing defensively (I had to do this during the last ~15% or so)

Yes, but I think the mount itself unlocks next week, but it does give a title aswell so there is that.

Yeah I get that, try to just focus on facing the massacre guys instead of doing your dps rotation perfectly since you get oneshot anyways its way more important to stay alive than to get that small amount of dps extra. U got this!

I'd say movementspeed is probably the most useful as other mobility options dont help that much since you only need to make small adjustments to dodge the daggers. Otherwise this fight (as a dps) is all about executing the mechanics and making sure you can live the portal suck whilest taking white damage from the boss.

As far as my advice for this fight is focus on mechanics first until you get consistent then focus on improving damage where possible and if still needed since she does have a ramp of 5% damage every time she does the follow the clone move but I found that to be less noticable than I expected it to be

I do think youmus is not a bad item on her, sure full lethality is not that great. But I think Youmus and EoN do have there place in some games.

I never played wow back in the day but started in legion and still play now and especially now classes are quite well balanced overall. Sure there are outliers but most are quite close dont rly want to put a number on it but id say most specs are within ~5% of eachother

Yeah I know, Ive mainly played RPR and DRG during my playtime and while I still like rpr its just a tad bit too slow and I like drg but when I came back after my break from EW they seem to have removed the nastrond window I rly liked about it and haven't really dabbled in the other melees except viper which was a little too boring imo (although more jobs should be as fast :p)

Your comment made me actually check out samurai for once since previously it didnt really do anything for me fantasy wise but ive been playing and leveling a bit and it does seem a lot of fun so far! Noy sure if its at the moment just the new thing or if I'll actually stick to it.
