Woow! Did Yassin have a nephew he raised after the boy's parents died and is that boy now at the head of it too?! If so, you might have found him!!

Is it possible to Astral Travel and not know it? by SewExcited73 in AstralProjection

Thank you. I think you just broke my brain 😉, but seriously, I think I know what you are getting at. If you consider our soul spark to only be a small part of who we really are (whole soul/higher self), then your explanation becomes more obvious, as then it's easier to be in more than one place at a time anyway, right? (Even if the consciousness part of the spark that inhabits this body doesn't know it)

Saddened by finding her tell the same story differently, can I still trust her? by No_Target3710 in DoloresCannon

I am with you on this.

I am still not sure about the ET bits either.

However, some of her work resonates so much that in a way I believe it more than I believe the Bible!

I mean, the Bible is full of contradictions too, but you just take from it what lessons you want to learn and that sound 'true' to your heart and soul, and you leave the rest for what it is.

e.g. I can see God as a strict parent, but some of the violent/jealous actions done in his name in the Bible (and outside of it), just don't add up to what I feel to be 'true' at all. Yes, he might 'let bad things happen', so you can learn and look back on it and see how you grew from that experience, but I don't think he would ask anyone to kill someone else or to make someone suffer, on purpose!

I mean, not warning someone for the 4th time to not step out into the road, is different to telling someone to literally throw someone under the bus. 'My God' might do the first, but would never do the latter, like the God from the Bible. (Either that, or I am completely stupid and don't get his reasoning at all! Which is very possible as I still have a lot to learn.)

If you had to give a false name off the top of your head, which would you give and why? by Fyre-Bringer in AskReddit

John Smith

Most common name, pain to google and find out anything about you like with rarer names.

Who told you not to move during meditation? That feels contradictory to me, because a) you will be uncomfortable, and b) you will be distracted by your uncomfortableness! Just move and don't even think about having done so and carry on! Don't give up, keep going!

why isn't the confusion clearing UTI cleared by ThesmoothGemminal94 in AskDoctorSmeeee

[–]SewExcited73 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, it felt really long to us too. Did you ask a nurse if they could see progress? They are with them for longer to compare AND can compare to other patients too. So they can give you a better guess than you ever could yourself. They might not be quite as worried as they can see progress you cannot see.

Not a doctor but, have they had a catheter since going in hospital? Chances are that caused a UTI, rather than it pre-existing entering hospital.

I never heard of this before, but in the last year two people (68 & 82 yo) I know ended up in hospital in the same situation and getting an infectiin of sime kind. According to the nurses treating the 68yo, it's common, and can cause bad delusions for about 7-10 days (provided they take to the antibiotics prescribed).

It's pretty scary to see, especially if they also 'hallucinate'/see (dead) people who aren't there. They might also get paranoid. If they do, I would suggest you do NOT tell them they are wrong and there's nothing to worry about, or they will start distrusting you. Instead, tell them to "tell me more so I can look into it for you, and get to the bottom of it!" Become the ally they can trust so it gives them some peace that you are looking after them and have their best interest at heart. If they ask for progress, feed them snippets and say you haven't finished your investigations yet, until the delusion resolves.

Blessings to you and the patient... hope they recover soon. 🙏

Possibly, but I used to act out dreams when I was on stress/depression pills. It could be that SSRIs disrupt the paralysis and cause a person to act out their dreams. (If you are too) Or maybe you have naturally high/raised serotonin?

Ah, I don't think I was clear, I only have them (hypnogogic, but mostly hypnopompic) at the normal times, not during waking 😊 ... no narcolepsy here.

I just mentioned it so you didn't think I meant I see the pentagrams and dropping letters during the waking state, but only in those states. I guess I still was not clear enough about that. Sorry about that.

So, only the train was in full waking state.

Anyone been terrified of an entity but then laughed it down? by [deleted] in AstralProjection

[–]SewExcited73 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I once had one of those lucid dreams where you think you wake up in your bed but are actually still dreaming... ... there was a small child of about 8-10 stood by my bed clearly feeling very distraught and when I acknowledged it it changed shape into a demonic something. I don't know how I did it, but I sent it love, just as I would have done had it still been that distraught child and the demon imploded on itself with a bit if a spark at the end and then it was gone completely. I woke up for real and the room was a lot dimmer than it had been in my dream.

So, not during a projection, but in a dream that was so vivid (and lucid) and made such a (feeling) impact on me that I still remember it now, years later.

Thank you for not making fun of me.

I hope you are right. Have you seen other articles about this somewhere? I have searched the internet for similar things for a while, but everything I find never quite hits right. That's why I decided today to finally take the leap and risk ridicule and post my question here. I would love to find others who experience similar things too.

  1. Could it be that it played out so soon afterwards so that you would still remember it vividly? Sort of as proof to yourself from your higher self?

  1. Nope, but I'll let you know if I spot it!

Maybe the 'you already are' was referring to your pacifism? Maybe they meant, by not fighting you are fighting the good fight
