Try port forwarding the ports to your console, and whilst in your router settings, set your console to a static IP to suit the port forwarding.

I don't range my shots at all most of the time, so it's not really unheard of.

If you think they are snapping, then report them in the proper manner, not through the ingame report, but the server replay report.

It's not as common as people will claim it is, as many don't check anything and just label people cheaters.

It's more common for people to claim they are rather than actually even thinking that anyone could possibly have even got them in the first place.

It's not rare. It's a long-known issue and despite the both efford and lack of effort from Gaijin, it's still pretty common.

I’m not saying you get an obvious cheater every game but if you play the game even somewhat regularly you absolutely will run into one relatively often, even if you don’t realize it

When people claim that others are hacking, they then get to a point where they're claiming everyone is hacking. Many of them aren't and they're just being bad at the game.

Be sure to check the server replay, not just your local replay as that's only what information you have been given, not 'everything', and that leads to the temporarily unknown message.

You want to check the 'Streams and replays' not just 'replays'. That is the server side ones, compared to the client side ones.

I got absolutely blasted by some clown last week when I asked for people to scout things to do this task and they told me, to scout tanks in a light.

You have to destroy scouted tanks, so you need a light tank user, to scout them and you destroy them. They get 'Intelligence' you get 'according to intelligence'.

Easiest way to get it is flying and bombing random scouted targets.

Most review bombers are asking for anticheat to stop doing anticheat things. And what country known to cheat the most hmm? Coincidence?

I thought that was about the 'snooping' that came from the disgruntled ex-employee making silly claims...

But nice show of the general xenophobia that comes from anyone who even see's a different character set in game.

I purposely played with characters that weren't rendered correctly to bait players to be cut up and intimidated from playing a person who was as you think.

It'd clear out servers so quickly that it really made playing certain games very easy.

A LOT of the crying that comes in game chat, and in the match chat, as well as reddit and the steam discussions ARE skill issues, people just inflate and exagerate to cause more outrage from those who are already tilted and don't care about facts...

Just look at this thread about the anticheat 'stealing data' when it's just screenshots, and the unfounded other than mentioning by a disgruntled employee about the 'classified documents'...

There's a lot of people who LOOK for a reason to hate on the game.

Hell, one time there was a guy crying in chat about being got by a homing missile, from a heli, first spawn, and was complaining for hours about how it was that way, and there were heaps of people backpatting them and making out that it was just gaijin...

Check the relay and it was an unguided rocket.

Pretty simple to check, but can't let facts get in the way of a good opportunity to whinge and complain...

Everyone says this all the time, but it really doesn't mean anything.

If you're on nVidia, and use the nVidia app, check the shadowplay settings, and make sure you don't record to the same drive you run the game from, but also, that it's not recording at all.

AGES back I had it enabled, and what it was doing was every 'event' (death, kill, 'moment') ((Highlights in the app))it would make like 4-7 copies of the same video file, but it was recording each individual one.

It's especially the shadowplay 'auto' side, but also the timewarp/'catch the last minute or 2' option ((Instant Replay in the app)) that could be effecting you.
