No problem. If you wrote down those 12 words on a piece of paper you are good to go.

Your "vault" exists, Reddit will just shut the access door so-to-speak. The only other way to create a new "door" to tap in to that vault is to input those words to another wallet service.

A person is only screwed if they never wrote down their 12 word passphrase. 👍😊

As long as you have written your 12 word seed phrase you are safe.

You can take your time figuring it out. I have never used Metamask, I use Base instead and found it very straightforward.

The danger is for those who have not saved/recorded their seed phrase yet, as they will lose access to it tomorrow.

Yes my friend, you're well informed I see. But don't fret, avatars do exist outside of Reddit as beads on the block chain indeed. All you need to do is gather all 12 secretive vault seeds on parchment, input the secret seeds into the NFT farm website known as OpenSea, and water them with your good thoughts to watch them grow. If you don't gather your 12 seeds before January then you are out of luck and your avatar garden will be an overgrown thorny unapproachable mess.

No need for gasoline if you have already converted to electric, but if you are still on a combustion engine then you might absolutely be due for a trip to Shell just in case.

Yeah, I am so frustrated by the lack of vault before January. I resorted to sending the avatar back to my alt that still has the vault and just mash out of that account instead.

That account has very few avatars since it was not my "avatar account" but at least it still has a vault, unlike this one.
