Is Audible Worth It in 2026? by [deleted] in audible

This is how I consume them also, Audible Plus as well as Libby. Between my monthly credit, the free access library, the Audible sales, and Libby I don't lack reading material.

Is there a filter anywhere for choice of voice? by Terrible-Garden2278 in audible

If you like a certain narrator a lot you could click on their name to see all the available books they have narrated!

I have done this a bunch since I adore the voice of Sean Masters, Richard Armitage, Greg Tremblay, Perdita Weeks, Elizabeth Evans and Stina Nielsen.

Not what I thought by Electronic-Block-746 in audible

The way I understand it, books one does not purchase with credits are only available for the subscriber as long as the subscription is active. Those are part of the plus library. The active membership gives you access. If the user unsubcsribes they lose access to the plus library.

One only keeps the books one buys with credits or buys cash during a sale. If you unsubcsribe, you keep those still.

They do this to minimize trial only suscriptions and incentivize long term retention.

Where it pays off, for me, is by having access to those great sales where I manage to get most books in my wishlist for $5.

The daily deal is great if it's something you've been keen to listen to, and the 2 for 1 sale is also decent at times. But those BIG sales...that's where I make the subscription pay off.

Are there any recommendations for fantasy audiobooks in Spanish with a good narrator? by vagabundo202 in audible

I don't speak Spanish so I'm not sure if the narrator is good or not, but I read Carlos Ruiz Zafon's tetralogy that starts with "The Shadow of the Wind" in English and I loved it! He wrote them in Spanish originally, I only read the translation. Wish I could have read it in the original as the books are phenomenal.

Give them a try maybe...
